  1. Donut - We Drove EVERY Supra

Damn dude, you and I have very similar taste. Before owning a Supra I never paid much mind to the older models. One Christmas my wife gave me these car prints that have profile drawings of all generations of the Supra. The A70 really impressed me with it's lines and proportions. I think...
  2. 5w40 motor oil

I've been using 5-30 Liquid Moly for the last 20k miles and for all of my track days. I live in CT and used to daily my car in the winter. This winter I won't be and next year I'll probably do 15-20 track days so I'll likely switch to 5-40. I'm not going to be as worried about cold...
  3. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I haven't tried the Multiplayer yet. I'm still using a controller and I'm not that great. I need a wheel and pedals in the worst way lol. The PS VR2 is great with GT7. I hope I can use it for multiplayer.
  4. 5w40 motor oil

Maybe I should think about switching to 5W-40.
  5. Donut - We Drove EVERY Supra

My barber just imported this... He does track days in the ITR and CTR, all legit RHD JDM cars he imported from Japan.
  6. 5w40 motor oil

Literally watching the chief test engineer for Gazoo Racing Europe talking about using 5W-40 Ravenol in the GT4...
  7. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Once I wrap up my track season in October, Santa is going to come a little early with a good chair and a Fanatec. I already have a PS5, and a VR2.
  8. Donut - We Drove EVERY Supra

Example of 1, but when I purchased my 2020 in early 2021 it had sat on the lot for 555 days. I got it with 230 miles for ~$10k under MSRP. Much different market now though.
  9. Donut - We Drove EVERY Supra

Unpopular opinion, I was never really a "Supra fanatic". I am however a huge fan of the Porsche Cayman and high performance driving so when I read that the Supra's performance benchmark was a Cayman it set the hook in me. After 2.5 years I love my Supra more and more every time I drive it, and...
  10. What did you do to your Supra today?

Good to know. Once I burn through these V730s I'll be looking for a set.
  11. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Nice times! I'm still slow AF on Lime Rock lol. If you don't mind me asking, what mods are you running?
  12. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I've had a couple sessions where I was on track lapping for ~30 minutes and I'm always shocked at how much fuel I burn. Last time I went out with just less than half a tank for a 25 minute session I had to come in early because I was getting "light" fuel cut and my car was screaming at me about...
  13. What did you do to your Supra today?

Uh oh. Back to our hole track rats. Tires aren't shiny enough for this thread. ?
  14. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

This is all that I've experienced at this point. Nothing like what happened to you on Sunday.
  15. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Holy shit! I didn't realize it was that bad for you. Turn 8 to Turn 9 has some crazy surface and camber changes. It scares the hell out of me if I hit it wrong. Your car looked great out there if that's any consolation. It was the first time I got to see a Supra at Thompson. There's some...
  16. Buying 2024 3.0 Premium Deciding Between AT/MT

If you want to track the car, AT all the way. If you're not going to track the car MT all the way lol. I love MT cars. I have driven MT cars for well over 25 years and have done dozens of AutoXs over the years. The ZF 8-speed is literally a cheat code on track. Funny thing about the AC...
  17. What did you do to your Supra today?

I've been really impressed with the hubstands, that's for sure.
  18. What did you do to your Supra today?

Honestly I didn't notice that much of a difference in pedal feel, but it does help prevent over travel and firewall deformation.
