So did this today! Thanks to @p2uned for the great install and professional work!
@Extreme Power House provided the AA catted DP, red aluminum charge pipes and Injen intake.
Great communication and fast shipping.
Drives and sounds AMAZING. With the Visconti tune, it dyno'd 436hp and 462...
Did it.
Pulled the trigger on an Active Autowerke Catted Downpipe and Injen 19-20 BMW Z4 / 2020 Toyota Supra 3.0L Turbo Intake and Charge Pipe. Already tuned, so really looking forward to really opening it up a bit.
Install next week, will post before and after clips :headbang:
Good afternoon all!
I have a Visconti-tuned 2020 and would like to upgrade the easy bolt ons.... specifically the charge pipes (to red aluminum), an intake and a catted downpipe.
Is there a difference between AA and AMS? It's my daily, so reliability is key.... along with passing emissions...
For the record, my phantom had this ....but worse. I brought it to the dealer and they agreed it was a warranty issue and repainted the entire trunk for free. I've only ever heard of it with the phantom paint, to be honest, but nothing to lost in trying.
Every time I come to this thread I feel equal part 1800's surgical student learning how my insides work and I can make things better and an equal part rubbernecking at an accident on the road imagining what happened.
Either way, thank you for doing this and protecting people from scams. Cheers...
I'm in Arlington ...
Had my 2020 at Bill Page and Koons.
BP is better in my opinion. Took three days for a scheduled, free oil change at Koons. BP took care of the warranty trunk paint issue, brake recall.
Washed the disgusting green NoVa pollen off.
Phantom, when clean, is just amazing to look at. I've caught myself staring. I've caught others staring. I'm looking forward to seeing a CU Later in person, but two years in, still so pleased.
Used a new tire cleaner becuase I haven't swapped out...
