The stock wastegate on the Abarth was garbage. I had to get two replaced under warranty. Don't get me started on the crappy stock coil packs too.
I'll skim over the fact that I was swapping ECUs to "keep it stock". They didn't need to know that. :o
I have a PowerNeedy 200 CEL catted downpipe along with the HKS Dual Muffler exhaust. The sound tone is a bit louder than OEM but not crazy loud like catless. It provides a nice deep and refined tone.
Depending on the cat, the sound may change between vendors. I hear that the AA one has a...
There are three SKUs for the HKS intake.
HKS-70028-AT001 - Dry Carbon Racing Suction (No Airbox)
This was the first intake system that HKS released
HKS-70026-AT002 - Dry Carbon Racing Suction w/Carbon Airbox
This is the complete system consisting both AT001 and AT003 parts

Rexspeed quality has always been more miss than hit TBH. Most of the non OEM lip spoliers are made in either China or Taiwan and have been hit or miss with quality.
Sometimes you get lucky and it's almost perfect.
What I meant was that the stock OEM pads became overwhelmed and stopped being effective in slowing down the car as quickly after several hard pushes on the brake pedal. They operated normally once cooled down and on the drive home. I still have a lot of brake pad material left.
I was in HPDE 1 with the rest of the Supras and for both sessions, I ran out of pad by the second lap. I had swapped fluid in using Motul 660 but stuck with the OEM pads to see how they would hold up; they didn't.
Granted, I am running a Pure 700 (using a stock turbo flex fuel tune) and on e40...

If your country has a mandate to follow Euro6 or equivalent emissions standards, then most likely your car has an OPF filter on the catalytic converter and exhaust system.
In the US and...
You don’t need to drop the rear subframe for the rear sway bar. Only for the rear upper lateral links. It’s because the bolt to remove the OEM one is facing inward and the bolt can’t be removed.
I’ve had no noise issues with the SPL parts on the Supra but I did have some when I had parts on my...

It feels a lot better even after a proper alignment TBH. The added drop from the HKS springs as well as the more aggressive suspension alignment from the SPL parts made it worthwhile for me. I've put about 22,000 miles on this suspension setup (car has 25,600 miles) without any issues.
I would...
I did full SPL parts (minus the front caster) along with AfE front and rear swaybars as well as HKS springs. A tad stiffer than stock but the car handles very well and I still kept my OEM suspension adjustments.
Overkill for a street car but I too am in the same boat where I would go on track...
