did it yesterday, went exactly as described. Did need quite a bit of force and a screwdriver for the wood screw to thread onto the metal valve, but other than that, worked great.
Massive difference, really completes the manual experience and removes any awkwardness.
Thanks a lot!
I found the shifter to be quite stiff and to bind easily at first when I drove the car. Although, after about 600miles I already find it a lot smoother. I think, like a lof of components, it needs a little of break in time for every parts to fall into place.
For those with experience with the Supra on track, is a good set of coilovers and new wheels/tires a good way to increase steering feedback?
I find the steering feedback is lacking quite a lot, expecially compared to the GR86 and GR Corolla and I have a hard time feeling confident with so...
Last question for you, where is the damping ajustement for the rear shocks located?
I notice some coilovers have it at the bottom, some at the top. Having it at the top makes it hard to adjust fast without lifting the car.
I currently have pretty much the same questionning that you wen't through...
One question I have for you: Why didn't you add to the list any HKS products?
One set of coilovers that is high on my list for a similar purpose as you is the HKS Hipermax R and I'm wondering if you had any good...
Funny, that's where I bought my GR86 last year. Called them about a month ago to check if they had a waiting list for the Supra (which they did, of course).
Congrats, picked up my CU Later Supra last week as well!
