    @jerseycarguy - I think I used the 16mm attachment on the impact wrench. Gotta get a full turn or two with the impact wrench and you can then use a socket wrench to get the rest of the bolt out. Just reapply some blue loctite when putting the wheel back on and torque to 45lbs.

    Managed to get the airbag off pretty easily in about 5 minutes… but JFC… I can’t remove the damn loctite bolt. Will have to try again when the kids go down for the night. And oh, unlike the other guy that had T60 screw in his 2022, I still have the old school bolt.:dunno:

For the V3 sides there’s a hole that you drill in the front area that lines up with the clip/screw under the front wheel well and you pretty much have to use the self tapping screws that come with the skirts (3M tape alone will not be strong enough if you...

    Quick rinse and put on the Maxton v1 rear skirts. Ordering another set of V3 side skirts.

    Put on the Maxton V2 lip today. Was going to put on the V3 side skirts but the passenger side one had a bend in it. Bummer. Ordered directly from Maxton Design so probably got damaged during shipping. Planning to put on the rear spats tonight after my kids go down. Will run without side skirts...

  17. 2022 3.0 oil engine situation (over-consumption) questions

    For some people I guess so. My 2022 doesn’t have the problem and I’ve been pretty spirited with it after break in. Oil levels were fine when I took it in for the first 10k. If you’re hooning it then it’s reasonable to expect to change the oil sooner than the manufacturers stated intervals.

    Finished up hardwiring the front Rove R3 dash cam. Also hid most of the wire slack but could not figure out how to take off the passenger seatbelt cover trim so a little bit of the wire is showing in the passenger b pillar. Will have to search the forums and figure that out later. Pic included...

    Decided it’s time to start getting some mods for the Supra. Ordered Maxton V2 front lip, v3 sides and v1 rear spats all in gloss black. Next up: Need to find a shop in OC/So Cal that can powder coat the stock wheels in Bronze.
