Fun thread. I was a kid in 80s/90s so alot of those games are super nostalgic. FF7 comes to mind - remember begging my mom to get me a PS1 to play that and I must’ve played through that game a dozen or so times.
But for me it’s probably World of Warcraft. I was a dedicated raider and guild...
Sorry @zrk apparently “fun” is only available in manual transmission form.
The rest of us auto bros will shed a single tear down our cheek, and as we beat our MT brethren by just a few tenths of a second in a drag race (and likely by seconds on a track), we will shout in agony to the car gods...
Man great choice on the RS3! Absolutely love the I5 in that thing. Congrats!
The MK3 TT-RS which shares the same 5 cylinder is on my wish list of cars to add to the collection.
Unless I can't read.... That's exactly what he said he was doing?
These manual bros really feel the need to push "driver's experience/feeling/blah blah", but majority of Supras are auto - and its only because the automatic sold so well that the manual is even here. If a manual were available...

Thread above discusses car seats in the Supra. It can be done, but if you already have another 4 door, just haul your soon to be toddler in the backseat in one of those. Just from a safety perspective, it’s always...
Yep. I was one that never understood the appeal of hot hatches until I got one. But after having had one and dailying it now for a few weeks I totally get it - it does everything, it’s fast, practical and it’s surprisingly sporty and fun.
Cant really brush off FWD cars as non sports cars...
I imagine (or rather am pretty certain) the Z would still get its ass handed to it. The B58 is just plain better than the VR30.
And unless they do something magical with the VR30, Im willing to bet the Nismo is probably going to get gapped by members on here with a tune/JB4 and a down pipe...
Needed a second 4 door car as a kid hauler so picked up a garage mate for the Supra. A mint condition 15 GLA45 AMG. Was looking for a clean MK7 Golf R but decided to go with this (never owned a Benz and already had several VWs). Gave them both a wash today.
MKIV versions look good. But having torn apart and put together headlights/tail lights on past cars to put in projectors/paint the interior black - it’s not worth the headaches.
If those are plug and play then the price is worth it - otherwise if I have to send in my stock pieces so they can...
Here in South Orange County it’s easily Tesla drivers. They have become the new “BMW drivers”.
And I’m not talking about Model S or Model X’s, it’s the damn Model 3 and Y drivers. It’s always the Model 3 or Model Y drivers that pull up next to me and they just floor it when the light turns...
Yeah I’d hesitate about drilling holes well before Chiron levels, let’s say if we are talking about newer 911s or top trim Caymans, id probably think twice about drilling holes.
Nah it’s all good. Im that way with phones and devices. Always have cases on them and tempered glass screen...
Just drill it in. You are probably never going to remove the license plate or the bracket, and no one is going to care that the mounting bracket was drilled in to the bumper, since rear plates are required everywhere.
@mikecruzer Got mine thru a90shop, but plenty of other vendors offer as well. Buy from a vendor you trust - know some guys on here don’t like A90shop.
Watch the YT videos by East Coast Supra or FT Speed for directions to install. Pretty straightforward.
Also, just one tip: keep your trunk open...
