Yeah, surface is rough there, it is super hard on driver front and on staggered setup rotating is limited to left to right.
Interestingly Assetto Corsa simulates this pretty good, if you get the Buttonwillow track and use a car there you'll see driver front getting much hotter than any other...
Thinking about getting my first harness + head restraint setup ever.
What is everyone using here?
Sparco aluminum vs Steel buckle?
3 inch vs 2 inch?
What brands/models?
Pull up lap belt vs pull down?
Click in vs roll over the bar?
HANS is a must? Club III FHR just as good?
Expensive HANS...
@DarkZupra cost me a $2.5k this black friday, however also saved about $600. More you spend more you save, its simple economics I learned from home shopping network.
Anyways I am in as well, waiting for instructions. I don't know if they take everyone regardless of the # of orders vs there...
I am gonna die from understeer got it :)
It does make sense though, those tires battled understeer right until last track day where oversteer became a problem.
I also go a bit hooligan when I know I am done with a tire, last few laps of last session turns in to car control clinic.
So more camber and more pressure?
Maybe I pushed it a bit hard on outlaps when the tires were cold. I track with bunch of a-holes who try to execute late brake passing on the outlap with yellow flag out...driving my "you know what, F you" gauge to max. Though this does not happen all the time...
I'd like to let you know that I have just ordered the exact list you provided
- Femto
- BM3
- Wireless V3
- MAD Catless DP
- PFT Flex fuel kit
super excited about no CEL catless DP and no cold start.
I do overdrive which is something I am actively trying to remedy. And I do pound on them lap after lap, no cooldowns.
As far as federals… their time came to an end
Brother its simple…good lord!
You first take the flux capacitor and plug it in with the multi dimensional matrix coordinator, it’s just the standard tensor multiplication after that.
Do you know if the CEL delete for catless pipe and turn off cold start work? All I managed to dig up were 2-3 year olds posts with people reporting it did not work for them.
Alignment added to above post.
Higher speeds seems pretty stable, at least more stable than charging in at the turn in very hard and aggressively trail braking to rotate. I mean aggresive trail brake inducing oversteer is nothing new.. Suspension adjustments you recommended make sense to dial...
No LCA, just front endlinks and rear toe arm. I have 2 options. Set it to stock with stock wheels and tires and then put the 18's and 275 ECF's on which would lower ride height by .5.
Or put on the 18's + tires and then set ride height to stock -.5inch. In my mind the suspension geometry ends...
Just measured mine. On stock wheels stock size tires at 25 psi (did not air up after the track day) 26.25 inch on the front 26.75 inch on the back. Puts me at exactly 1 inch drop all around. I think I'll adjust ride height back up once I put the 18 inch wheels/tires on.
@XtremeMaC ’s post here

shows rear being .5 inch higher probably due to 275/35 vs 255/35 tires?
