Don’t tighten the first bolt completely.. Allow the wheel to move a little and the other bolts shouldn’t get caught up! Those threads look well enough the the bolts should feed in.. Steve

pretty certain new tires have a break in period.. something like 500ish miles before they start feeling right.. If the only thing that changed were tires, I personally wouldn’t go chasing a problem.. Steve
