Before touch up paint I would see how well a compound and polish work..
I’ve never had great luck using touch up paint..always seems to stand out more then the scratches..
a DA will work pretty well, it’s definitely not the most aggressive polisher..
Most importantly is using the correct pad...
Man.. whatcha use to remover the spoiler? A butter knife?
Either way that looks like you’ll need touch up paint.. looks pretty deep..
Rubbing compound may transfer some material into those scratches to lighten it up a bit but I don’t think it’ll fix it..

Depending on if the scratches are just the clear coat or through to the paint..
Without seeing them it’s hard to give advice..
But…if it’s just clear that’s scratched you can use a rubbing compound to blend
Followed by polish and then wax..
Best if you have a DA polisher but can be done by...

Don’t tighten the first bolt completely..
Allow the wheel to move a little and the other bolts shouldn’t get caught up!

pretty certain new tires have a break in period.. something like 500ish miles before they start feeling right..
If the only thing that changed were tires, I personally wouldn’t go chasing a problem..
