Are we picking and peeling apart the OEM ones? Seems like a good video on how to DIY would be helpful.
I’ve thrown my fair share of tails in the oven on low heat to split them apart. Just curious how this works.
I had one before I went AWE Touring...the valve rattled and sounded awful. The Injen also drones and booms quite loud with any aftermarket downpipe. Not bad with the stock DP. Sounds good outside though!
I cannot recommend the AWE Touring enough though
Hard to tell by video, but the non-res...
This is the way. It really is. It’s a 9.9/10 setup! My only complaint would be the local PD don’t love the cold and warm starts.
Mine is a bit lower than I would like, but I’m on Whiteline suspension now. To be expected I suppose.
The answer is always AWE. It has a unique and throaty tone. The touring doesn’t drone in the cabin and it can be loud when you want it to be. High flow cat + Unresonated touring is the absolute best I’ve heard in any videos and of the handful I’ve hear in person.
Neither. Save your $ unless you’re doing it for aesthetics. I did my badge and braces similar/match to the car.
Cost me $8 for a rattle can. I think the bigger pieces have a more visual impact like the engine cover.
Still selling the whole thing as a package? Airbag already installed in the cover or do I have to stuff the OEM one in there? Are the paddles super clicky? Can also DM if you want. I’m interested
Man I just took mine off actually. Shoot me a DM and I can get them to ya cheap. Used for maybe 1500 miles. Went with something that wraps around that section instead!
Whiteline brother. That’s what I’m on and went 295/35 in the rear! I do have a 10mm spacer but that’s just because the damn apex wheels are noisy.
Make sure the downpipe lines up with the turbo and gently tighten it down. Shouldn’t take much! Also a good time to swivel the clamp a bit for easier access
Better looking M2 than current gen at least, but sort of pedestrian looking to the Supra. For looks I would go Supra. I am sure the m2 is better on track. Which engine is in it? The B58 is just too much fun for the street
