Are there arguments for or against adding front or rear first? I have the Cusco front power brace installed, btw. Just want to make sure I can maintain in corners.
(I know the front sway bar is way easier to install than the rear.)
Thoughts?
She does trademark law. And, yeah, I tried, but she wouldn’t intervene. But I straightened out the battery issue I think. I got a refund for the first battery:headbang:
I should mention 2 important things about my wife: 1) she’s a lawyer with Toyota Motor North America (thus I/we got a better than usual discount), and 2) she won’t let me post anything, and it behooves me to do what she says;)
Joe Myers. I presented them with quotes from 2 other dealers and from Porsche of West Houston (only to let them that I would buy a Cayman). They seemed to not want me to buy a base Porsche.
Results vary, I’m sure. But it’s basically well known that the Bimmer is not tuned as well, and therefore gets gapped by the Supra. I forgot to mention that stock versus stock, I’ve never been beat by my buddy’s z4, 0-60.

GappleBee’s!
My buddy has the 2020 z4, and we’ve put our stock cars against each other many times: in a dig, the Supra loses by just a car length 0-100, and by 2 car lengths in the 1/4 mile. But here’s where it gets interesting: 30 roll, the Supra gaps the Beemer by 2 buses to 145, and same for 40 and 50...
welcome. I myself have not seen another Supra in the wild. And I daily drive mine.
I see them at car shows—last COTA had 3 black (including mine), blue, and a new phantom.
No warranty. Dealership says BMW batteries are not covered. 350 (including tax) of the cost was labor and “parts” (185.00). The battery itself was just under 300.
I’ve already had to replace my battery at around 5k miles. $650. That was $ I had saved for my front power brace. Dealer said the TX temp swings will eat these batteries up, and I should plan on replacing it every 4 months.
A great quick detailer that actually repels dust (to a degree) is:
Kenotek Showroom Shine, 33.8 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003N2TM56?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I use it on the calipers and they stay clean of brake dust etc. for longer than any other product I’ve tried.
For the leather:
Meguiar's G10900 Gold Class Rich Leather, 25 Wipes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002V9IFK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_3gYsEbFC25ZPY
I too use 303 wipes for the interior.
