Remove bumper: pretty easy with a helper.
  2. Horn Question / Replaced ‘Clown Car’ Horn

I just replaced mine with the NAPA/Balkamp FIAMM low note blaster horn. 132 decibels I believe. Part no: 730-1056 Cost: $20.00 DIY labor time: 1.2 hr
  3. Austin Supras?

Cool. Have you seen any others? what color you got?
  4. Horn Question / Replaced ‘Clown Car’ Horn

Right. Z4 forums were helpful to get me started on looking for a horn. Even though the Z4 has a better horn than the Supra (it’s like Toyota decided only to have the high note?), there were some people replacing it.
  5. Horn Question / Replaced ‘Clown Car’ Horn

Weird. It took me a bit over an hour to replace the horn with a plug & play FIAMM blaster horn. $20 for horn. No more clown car.
  6. What fuel do you use?

93 or 100 here. I wouldn’t use anything less than 91. Side note: the other morning the temp dropped for the first time since I got the Supra in mid Aug. It was like having a CAI, and with 100 O, I hit 0-60 in 3.75!
  7. Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps

What is the BMW model(s) that has the same mirror?
  8. Austin Supras?

I hear reports of one (other than my black one). Planning to make Cars & Coffee in Dripping Springs the last Sunday of the month.
  9. Looking into buying a Supra. Should I get it?

As a former 86 owner, I would recommend the Supra most heartily. Look, I loved the 86–a true 10-10ths car—but the Supra offers much more in terms of the range of your driving. The Supra is a great daily; it’s fantastic on windy, curvy roads, and it’s a genuine time attack car on the track.
  10. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

Looks awesome. You mentioned that your CF mirror caps were not TRD. Where did you get yours? (Part number, price, appreciated.)
  11. Your First Modification?

I just replaced mine with the NAPA/Balkamp FIAMM low note blaster horn. Plug & play. Part no: 730-1056 Cost: $20.00 DIY labor time: 1.2 hr (I didn’t want to mess anything up; disconnected battery, etc. True labor time could be like 30 mins or less. 4/10 on a difficulty scale but I’m no mechanic)
  12. Your First Modification?

thanks for the head’s up! I guess I’ll wait.
  13. Your First Modification?

BMS intake. (Technically, my first mod was switching out the damn horn.)
  14. Does your significant other Approve???

My wife approves of the Supra, and was encouraging me to get it so she could drive the ZR1 more:nono:
  15. Supra Daily?

Daily. To the VA and back. Round trip: 60 miles. I’ve only had about 25 trucks challenge me...
  16. Current tuning options available to the public

Fair enough. The only piggyback to get is the JB4.
  17. Where Toyota cheaped out on our Supra's

The floor mats, I get it. You can do what Gearbangin did: WeatherTech floor liner with custom logo from Stickers International.
  18. Current tuning options available to the public

New one to add: Delicious Tuning has a piggy back: the Power Plug https://www.delicioustuning.com/node/948 Featured here:
  19. What is your Monthly Payments?

Wire. And, yeah, I paid over MSRP because I wanted it in early Aug. Like my grandpappy always said, “you gotta pay to play, son.” I’m pretty sure he coined that phrase. :hmm:
