I run 2mm toe in the rear each side. It really makes the car stable with the power I have.
Also really depends on how you like the car to feel and how you drive.

What pads are you running? Pretty sure your rotors aren't warping, it's kind of a myth and very rare when they actually do. Normally it is pad deposits. Do you know what the actual measure width or your rotors are when they state to you they need to be replaced?

Yea you can find them for pretty cheap, I think it's hard to find 18's to fit over them though.
