That is not the lip he installed. The one he installed is a splitter attached to the stock bumper. The one in your picture is a TRD version lip.

Gloss black has been available. They just do them in batches. Have you checked the site?

One reason Canada sales could be low is because our shipment is super slow. I got my car in july last year. 2nd one didn't arrive at my dealer till january this year.
