Honestly, I have no idea about the spoiler, but considering that we've never seen a mule with the wing up on track or even a cutout in the camo in the shape of a wing, I'm going to have to lean towards there not being one. :(

You think so? There's a layer of black paneling after the white door skin ends but you can't see if there's any venting in there or not. I wish the photographer got the other angle so we could see the rear quarter panel, that would definitely give us an answer. The hips look great though!
