    R35 is 110k USD last I checked and LC500 is like 105k USD IIRC, so yeah I can see how that would end up being confusing. I've also heard things like the 86/BRZ being equivalent to ~50k USD in parts of europe and what not, which is CRAZY.

    Cost is always up to marketing beyond an initial forecast set by accounting afaik. So it's really tough to know that with any degree of certainty until the preorder stage. If you mean a range, then that's a different story

    That is true. Although I personally believe if they swqp the trans, it will be for DCT or something similar in the GR cars. Thats purely conjecture however.

    Yeah, there's a reason it was dropped. It was likely one of two things IMO, either BMW didn't want them to have a manual (very unlikely), or Toyota didn't think the ends justified the means (likely).
