you have to realize that even if credible, rumors are rumors even from me... 5. Toyota Supra to be launched in 2019 under Gazoo performance brand GR / GRMN related topics

haha, yeah for me its a traffic thing, but I guess most folks wouldn't have the Supra as their DD... I mean my Supra was a DD for a little while when I was in college, but that was about it. different strokes...
  6. Toyota Supra to be launched in 2019 under Gazoo performance brand GR / GRMN related topics

  7. Forbes Article States 3.0 I-6 w/ 360 Horsepower, Spring '19, $60k

  8. New rumors from C&D: 2020 Supra to get BMW inline six engine / B58 & S58 chat

The GRMN car very well might have that, and maybe that's one of the reason the purported price tag is estimated to be $100k+ Engineers originally tested the chassis using the S55, so it wouldn't be that far of a jump IMO.
  9. Forbes Article States 3.0 I-6 w/ 360 Horsepower, Spring '19, $60k

I'm not really talking about size or options, but more the way parts are handled and how the motor and drivetrain were handled. That said, it's a tiny car for a Supra
  10. Forbes Article States 3.0 I-6 w/ 360 Horsepower, Spring '19, $60k

The parts will have Toyota part numbers just like the 86. I can't comment further on this however, aside from saying this has been covered previously in a discussion about what Toyota would have in regards to making the motor their own. There are so many paralells between this car and the 86...
  11. Toyota Supra to be launched in 2019 under Gazoo performance brand GR / GRMN related topics

I think the GR spec cars are gonna be some serious money, well at least the higher trim ones (GRMN).
  12. Forbes Article States 3.0 I-6 w/ 360 Horsepower, Spring '19, $60k

22,300USD in 2003 converted from JPY, so it would actually be $29.8k, but given that the MSRP for the 86 6spd is 28.5 atm my point still stands lol. the fully loaded R was like 25k though, but I imagine the fully loaded 86 is more too.
  13. Forbes Article States 3.0 I-6 w/ 360 Horsepower, Spring '19, $60k

I don't think the 86/BRZ was optioned incorrectly at all for that price and segment, but I do feel they are underpowered and that the boxer platform is very mediocre for a multitude of reasons. The example I've used several times over the years for what the car should have been is the Nissan...

  16. 2020 Supra Transmission Chat - Manual, Dual Clutch, or Auto?

  18. Crickets... give us some news Toyota!

sounds good to me, along with some strudel, croissants, canele, and good Swiss coffee.
  19. Forbes Article States 3.0 I-6 w/ 360 Horsepower, Spring '19, $60k

At the risk of sounding like an ass, I would ABSOLUTELY take a next gen 86 born of this collab vs Subaru lol.
