Even in those you barely use half the gears, but really depends how the track is set up. I've had faster ones in airports, slightly stretched straights...but of course you want quick directional changes. I haven't tried Supra yet, but sounds like the short wheelbase and steering comes in handy...
It may just be the new 86, but I dunno after Toyota supposedly announced they don't want a BRZ clone, I really hoped for something else...
But perhaps not..

I've replaced mine right after buying the car Aug '19 and applied Xpel on it. No cracking yet. ~4000 miles mostly on the highway. I'll suggest protecting yours as well...

not the same thing, but if a solution exists in Bimmercode or elsewhere, maybe what you're trying to accomplish may be there as well.
no solution in the thread, but reach out to OP if he has found one..
Paint layer is already thin on this car. Maybe paint didn't reach there... I believe they do electrostatic coating and dip in anti rust chemical beforehand, but spray is done by robot and perhaps they didn't program it properly or something... Who knows... Any other areas?
I'll check mine...
Dude, lead by example. If powerful nations like US and regions like Europe want to do it because the scientists raise red flags like CFC, Ozone, etc.. and public also see this and want a better life for their grandkids and then do whatever is in your power...
China doesn't even care about...
Well we didn't see coal come back either, right?
Why because even if the emissions were relaxed, all OE's still sell in Europe. While they're trying to reduce costs to commonize parts, it goes against profitability to have one car for US one for Europe/etc. (yes they've always had variants and...
I don't disagree and I definitely don't want this thread turning into a political shitshow, but having a responsibility for masses for the greater good and for next generations isn't the same as I enjoy cars and burnouts..
If Jay Leno was the president and all facts were presented to him about...
If Euro 7 emission standard gets approved by the end of the year, which will enforce zero emissions by 2025, it'll takeaway a lot more than de-catting..
What I don't get is, there are millions of ancient, not maintained, not emission checked gas guzzler vehicles roaming around and there is no...
Awesome write-up.
Just did my change. Late to the party.
I'd say, pic is a must. I filled the plastic bag that o-ring came in with some oil and dumped the o-rings in there to coat them.
I had driver side of the car up. Drained for hours. Then lowered it to remove filter. Then put it back up...
I wanted something with a cover for when I get lazy, so went with this one.
But after the first use of the drain plug, I technically shouldn't need the drain pan, but because the darn oil is 6.5L 5+1+1 or 5+5, I would have to keep my eyes on the empty oil bottles filling up. Whatever not so...
FYI, I've just got this and just did my first oil change, I didn't get to use the actual drain valve and hose, but the plug fits perfectly and I'll see if the cap leaks or not in few days.
