Great, another ex-corvetter asking about how limited his MT is that was built at 9:23am on a Thursday by Hans, who is located in the west wing of the Magna-Steyr factory.

That alignment tech is either on drugs, hates his job, or hates you. I would bring it back and get a better job done or go somewhere else that doesn't suck.
I drove to Lime Rock with Super200TW tires in mid 3XF temps, and did a PB once at the track in 42-44F temps. You just need to make sure the tires are up to temp before pushing them.
Tires don't magically turn into dust.
If it's a 330mm rear rotor, the caliper and brake pad size are different. I don't think any of the manuals come with the 330mm rear rotor. The Toyota site has had incorrect information before, I wouldn't trust it. Measure yours to be sure.
They are putting the S58 and a S68 in the Supra GRMN, front and rear, with AWD and GT4 aero. Also will have the ability to have oil conversations with itself. When you park two close to each other they will have a conversation about tire sizes together.
Only difference is the shorter final drive AFAIK. Diff operates the same. MT is 3.460 and AT is 3.150. This accounts for two less gears in the manual and longer gearing.
I might be getting lucky or this "issue" is overblown, no pun intended.
I have 1732 laps and 41.7 hours of track time on my OEM charge pipe. Car has a Pure 700 and has seen 30psi out the top of the rev range.
