AFAIK the OTS maps have the limitation upped/removed. If you start from scratch, not OTS (custom tuning) then you need to up/remove them in the rom. There are 20+ limitation tables. Some of them make the car up/down shift crazy aggressive. I actually had my Supra shifting insanely aggressive...
