Those are 20” wheels, lol. I know they fit under 19 and larger. I’m test fitting for 18. Pads are same size which is good for pad options. Rotor and caliper are larger for more heat capacity.
I have the full Racecapture setup in the car. I've had it since last season, I've just rarely been using it since I've been logging with BM3.
The new BM3 CAN expansion board will also support external sensors. Who knows what the price will be though.
I miss buttonwillow. I do not miss summer there though. I remember my tires sticking to the pavement there in the paddocks in the summer.
Lots of memories there...
Good
and bad... lol
A lot of BMW's use the exact same caliper/rotor as the Supra 3.0L so you can find some takeoffs for pretty darn cheap. I can help with part numbers / models if you want.
Why guess? Log Torque Limit and Fill Limit and find out exactly what is happening.
Also, the only throttle angle change in your log is during the gear change, which is normal.
You also need to log load actual and load target.
If you are checking via iDrive, then how do you know?
If you check via Bimmerlink then you will know the exact measurement down to the MM.
Handy guide:
- 100% (6.6 liters) = 97mm
- 100% (iDrive max) = 97-85mm
- 75% = 84mm
- 50% = 82mm
- 25% = 81mm
- 0% (iDrive min) = 78mm (add 1 quart)...
