Saw another new M240i at the track this weekend. 5,000% better looking than the M2, imho. Kinda has R32 vibes, at least from the side view. Hate to say it but I would for sure buy the M240i over the M2.

I'm going to keep giving @nibble crap until the sun burns out for saying Palmer is an "easy" track because the blind corners make it "dishonest", all the while he is like 20secs slower a lap than us on it. I think I use about 3 gallons or so a session at Lime Rock doing about 7-10 laps...

I don't think I would use that image for any safety reference. That main hoop doesn't have a lateral bar or a cross bar. That thing would only hurt you more than having nothing in a significant accident. It's like saying helmets aren't needed and showing drivers on the Nurburgring driving...

Yea it helps that LRP is pretty short. I usually don't stay out all session at LRP anymore as it just annihilates the front left tire. Last event at LRP I got lucky with a good string of open laps and was blasting 58's basically the whole session, all a second or more off my PB but it was nice...
