Yes. Ironically I had been anti-bmw for most of my life and the Supra brought me into the BMW world.
It's an insanely capable car for the price and overall, built well.
Around 30 lbs, but like @decodeddiesel stated, the additional weight is in the axle center, so will be less of a noticeable difference if it was out at the outer diameter.

Only if you go for full flash back to stock. If you are worried, I would reach out to BM3 support and ask about the ability to flash back to stock and have the CVN as stock. They will know what that means.
Would have been really interesting if you didn't also take the OEM DP out at the same time. Hard to know if it was 1:1 the catback or taking out the two stage OEM cat. I'm willing to bet it was more to do with taking the OEM two stage cat out of the system but that doesn't sell product.
