The Evos had finer thread pitch that is why they felt better, they have conversions for the Supra.
I see people stating they use FCP, Motorsport Hardware, Apex. They are all the same studs.
Just finished two days at Lime Rock with Hooked on Driving. Both days where four hours of open lapping. Totally spoils me for regular track days.
Ended up getting a new PB yesterday, 57.96 and consistently in the 58's. Car is hauling the mail at this track now. Was the fastest street car out...
Had two days at Lime Rock with Hooked on Driving. Four hours of fully open lapping each day.
New PB for me as well. Posted time and video in my build thread.
People GROSSLY overstate the hygroscopic nature of brake fluid. Same thing with Ethanol. Omg, water is in the air, run for the hills! Opening your brake fluid reservoir is nothing to fear. People also conflate braking friction performance and boiling fluid. If your fluid boils, it ain't going to...
Weird, your YouTube description suggests otherwise… feel free to prove your actual lap times if you want to keep denying it, because this video is like 15 secs slower than beginners in Miatas.
I understand when someone is slower than a bone stock 90 hp 1990 ford escort on track at Palmer, they would consider it not a good track and not challenging. If I went even slower on my cooldown laps to match those times, I would find it not challenging either.
Not sure how you think I was comparing Palmer to Nurburgring. I was simply challenging your asinine comment that blind corners make a bad track. The Nurburgring is 90% blind corners and considered one of the most challenging tracks in the world.
It’s a bummer you think one of the most...
Honest corner, lol. That is going to be one of my driver excuses from now on. "that corner wasn't honest so it made me slow"
You'd hate this not very well known or respected track called the Nurburgring, 90% of the corners are blind, yet it's on pretty much every car enthusiasts wishlist.
The toyota parts finders online are horrible.
I'm also seeing 87945-WAA15 for red

and WAA09 for red as well. lol...
Been wanting to go but it's really far from me (5hrs from NY). I heard it's like an upscale Palmer. Which sounds great. Palmer is my favorite track in this area. You should check Palmer out if you are looking elevation changes.
