Jesus christ you people still doubling down on a law that isn't a law yet and something something something written that you all CLEARLY do not understand. Stop being so paranoid. What made you so paranoid? Do you still dream about Obama taking your cold cuts? Make sure your mailbox is locked...

Ya’ll need some whistle tips to go with this. Woooo wooo!
  3. Kill Switches In All New Cars

Tell me you don’t understand how law works without telling me you don’t understand how law works. Did anyone replying here with their paranoid bs even read the actual article or did you just read the headline?

I followed the instructions, did it once, and good to go.
  5. SPL rub a dub dub and bent tie rods

No, he just added all the spacers when he shouldn’t have. It’s relatively clear in the instructions Also good practice to check clearances.

  7. SPL rub a dub dub and bent tie rods

@FLtrackdays for reference, I’m about .65 lower than stock:
  8. SPL rub a dub dub and bent tie rods

Don’t take them all out. You need at least the one big one in there. Take a look at the SPL instructions. Plenty of people running the SPL tie rods with no issues, myself included. What you should be doing is have the car on the ground and run the arms through their full articulation when you...
  9. SPL rub a dub dub and bent tie rods

I bet you have too many spacers on for your ride height. From the photos it looks like you are using all of them.
  10. What did you do to your Supra today?

I did heat it with a heat gun, but yes, I probably would have had a better outcome just prying the thing off. I was afraid I would pull the paint up. Oh well.
  11. [Review] P3 Gauge has finally arrived.

That is correct with anything OBD2. You can use the JB4 mobile app and monitor from there.
  12. $65K OTD too low for the dealer?

Ah okay, the safety & tech package for the 2.0 is a pricey bit. Curious question, since you spent almost $60k, why didn't you look at getting a 3.0?
  13. $65K OTD too low for the dealer?

What accessories did you get for $9,000?
  14. What did you do to your Supra today?

Well, turns out using fishing line to take off a trunk lip spoiler on a supra is a big BAD IDEA. The way the trunk contours, the fishing line gets put under tension and that plus the soft paint on the plastic trunk = paint annihilation. I was so pissed, but at least it made the act of drilling...
  15. 2023 OEM Wheels

All the 3.0 Supra wheels are forged. Doesn't matter the trim. 2.0 are cast.
  16. Track insurance

I personally don't buy track insurance for what I might do, I buy it for the unavoidable like a car in front of me laying down oil or coolant on the track, or some bonehead taking me out, or a tire failing, etc. I've gone for a ride on coolant, it ain't fun.
  17. $65K OTD too low for the dealer?

The dealers must love you guys. $3900 for "various things". What other taxes? Doc fee will be a couple hundred bucks. If you get GAP insurance, maybe an extra $1k. Still leaves around $3,000 the dealer is adding on that isn't accounted for. lmao.
  18. $65K OTD too low for the dealer?

If tax was $5k , and you were OTD at 60k on a $49k price, what was the additional $6k? I don’t think you got it without markup ? Also, $60k for a 2.0? Whatthefuuuu
