2014 Evo GSR High compression sleeved engine full E85, revved to 9,000 rpm. 520whp on track, 640whp on street. I'd still have it if I had more garage space. I was an Evo guy since 2003 and a Mitsubishi guy since the 90's. Selling my last Mitsubishi was an end of an era for me.

Yes you can, I've seen it done. Keep in mind though, I think the V2 splitter actually has larger dimensions as well.

Right, that lip is there stock. They bore out the little whistle tip holes in that lip to make the whistle tip noises.
