Sounds really good!. It's a shame they went with such an oversized tip. A bit smaller and you wouldn't have to cut the bumper.

That's about it. Tires are cheater 200tw and camber plates didn't do much because I'm on stock struts. 91oct gas and all. I never even got an alignment done. These cars are FAST, right from Toyota, with a decent driver. No aero, etc:

I can't speak for a video game, but my first track day, in a real Supra, was at Sonoma. I did a 1'53.0. The car probably had a 51 in it, with some practice. Even faster, with a better driver. 1'53".XXX sounds reasonable to me. My car has brake pads, fluid, and CRS tires.

I'm currently selling my 3.0. I wouldn't be surprised to see myself in a 2.0 in the next year or two. I think it would be an enjoyable track car, possibly as fast as my 3.0, at the end of the day.

I don't know, dude. With a 275 I still had to add a spacer to clear the strut. Camber plate will only help slightly. You're gonna have a lot of tire to the outside. I'd stick with 275-40s until you have coilovers. Otherwise, you're putting yourself through a lot of grief for a gain that you will...

I'm on Apex 18x10 +35 and run a 275 CRS. OEM suspension. Great setup. Camber plates gave me MINIMAL camber gain due to the width of the struts.

A lot of people run the widest possible tire they can on their car, performance be damned. They don't care how the car performs or how it even looks, they just want to say they have wider tires. Stick to the advice given in this section of the forum, you will be golden.

I still don't understand why the exhaust tips, for supras, are twice the diameter as the exhaust tubing. Who y'all foolin'? ?
