That COVID Clorox special lol. I’m sure so many cars were being disinfected with some harsh chemicals during the first 6 months of test drives/dealership servicing during early lockdown.
Multiple times my instructor had to tell me BRAKE BRAKE and TURN TURN. Luckily I was going slow enough to not go off, but at one point I thought my instructor was about to grab my wheel and turn the car from the passenger seat himself lol.
The AT paddles, oh you’re just flicking your cars beans and you think you’re doing a good job with the AT perfect shifts, when in reality it's just doing it automatically.
As far as I know, you can also shove the AT shifter up your ass too lol. I mean the MT knob is more gearthy at the top, but the AT might have a longer reach up there. All depends on what you prefer, just like the trans....
Nice that was actually a good witty response.
@inline6
After all the poop-posting some honesty come out, they are "aging", lazy, and want convenience over knee-pain inducing clutch pedals / remembering what gear their in. They want to pass the money-shifting, MT is our whole personality type of drivers with one hand clicking their paddle...
I think this is where street driven AT sports cars miss the plot of a sports car. I don't mind AT if your car is just an appliance car; an EV makes an even better appliance car.
The only sick burn is the poor clutches you roasted in the previous cars you've owned.
That was a stetch, but damn you’re rolling over easy for being the OP ?/troll poster who started this thread.
Every automatic driver thinks they’re Fast AF Boi when they click their plastic paddles. ??

(I had to follow up with my serious post with a ? post)
Whether right or wrong the only argument I have for manual drivers is that they are trying to hold onto the physical romance, art, and emotion of driving. In a modern platform, that nostalgia is kinda already dead/numb and a manual can’t completely fix that (unless you go full race car mods)...
When I was there a Toyota rep offered free 0W-20 mobil 1, non bmw and non Supra approved lol. A certain forum member would have had their mind blown by this Toyota employee.
It’s been a while since I used the Bimmerlink app on my Supra and saw they added the exhaust flap and ASD controls. I was thinking of physically disconnecting the ASD module in the trunk, but having it accessible on CarPlay makes it less cumbersome.

$93 shipped 3 weeks ago, maybe close to $100 now with the USD falling. 08281-14010, I didn’t have the part number before so never tried searching other sites for a cheaper option.
