Welcome šš¼
For those things, like any car, replace stuff as they break with upgraded ones. Thereās nothing that really needs to be upgraded imo for daily driving. Iād personally pay out of pocket to not use my local Toyota dealer. So find a good BMW mechanic as a backup, as things come up. And...
Gotta say, Iām glad you bumped this old thread. Looks great on Andrewās car & fantastic idea/ offering from Turner! I went with 10 mm but definitely would have considered this had I known.
Iām with ya, as usual. I thought Max was fighting - as usual, Lewis & the British media pouting - as usual, and thatās about it. Max still has that instinct, even if you give him a spoon in a knife fight, heās going to go for it. Lewis over reacted & is acting like a wounded animal. Itās kinda...
I totally get it. But for a while I couldnāt get it to turn off alerts šØ and itād show up every day. Whatever they did to fix it, šš¼ Muchas Gracias!
Congrats! Get an exhaust for the sound you like and suspension depends on how dialed in you want to be. With Fortune 510 or 520s, a shop can do the needed servicing (rebuilds over time) without sending them out and your car being down for weeks. Another bonus going coilovers over ride height...
I liked it for that too š
Dude is such a freak on a leash. Chris Harris (I believe thatās his name) was fun to watch. Like Johnny said. That dude can drive! And even he was impressed. I donāt think it was for show. I also think Alex Albon and others interviewed are telling the truth that Max is...
Will be interesting to see how much the M2 CS (or even better no CS) with the track package will weigh and cost. Iād seriously consider one if they make the track pack w/out the bling wheels & carbon fiber - low bang for the track buck goodies.
Agree with both of yaās! Was talking to someone at work you wouldnāt think was into F1 who said the same thing. Norris and Oscar seem like really nice guys, McLaren is incredibly quick, but both are so boring!!!! Max fighting that RB on a knifes edge is way more exciting. Seeing how close Yuki...
Which came 1st? The crooked hood vent or the circular track? š š„
So do we need to change our password or sumthin like that when a site gets hacked or goes down Rocky Balboa style for two weeks?
I had to use the āotherā Supra forum site thatās still having PTSD over our MKV having BMW parts š³
Regardless, glad the server/site Cloud strike is over. Felt like it was going on for weeks, for me.

Glad yāall got it back up and running!! At least there isnāt any information on here we...
I got to thinking about it andā¦. Nawwwwwā¦.. not anymore. It use to be my RX7 twin turbo. Then it was my 4 door M3, then RX8, then S2K. But now Iām enjoying this Zupra and MX5 - no longer looking back. I am however thinking whatās next. Which means in a couple of years Iāll be looking for another...
Sad but true. My car could be used as a test vehicle on how to find out where all the noises are coming from & correct em course - for mechanics ofc. Hint for any mechanics out there that want solid practice ?
It likely is as good as itās going to get. They usually start feeling better after a good track day. Iāve never done the ABS module bleed. I have tried lots of different pads & had a few occasions where they are hard as a rock. Last time was during a trackside pad change by a company that has a...
Depends on how hot you want to push it. I know itās a fine line when Iāve tracked her in March, April or October. I donāt even think about the other 5-6 months. The track temps get insane. I did get the upgraded transmission pan that Bryan mentioned & did a thread on. It just made sense over...
