I think you are pretty close. If you are reading the tire wear you should be able to get it dailed in. Depends on how hot the day and asphalt are and how long of runs. If you want to get a really good time and tires be damned- start at 27 cold

Had a n54 and walnut blasting was key still have a m57 engine and the build up when I bought it was mind blowing still have a s54 and it is untouched now my b58 has port injection and I run it at only 5-6000rpm. Not worried about build up single or dual catch cans do zero on this platform fwiw
