  1. CSG Feedback (CSG pads)

With ya, I stay on the same pads. More dust but, oh well… No further bedding in needed, I don’t drive the car much in town anyways. And thank you @CSG for the explanation. If you ever have a sale on your highest temp 21/11 pads, please let us all know :)
  2. Lets see those 18" wheel setups!

Any down side to running 10mm spacers other than looks? That’s what I bought for my 275/35-18 tires and it did the trick for me. Also, big mistake on my part running with sport lowering springs not meant for track. I chewed up a nice new set of tires ?. I’m sure not many people would make that...
  3. OEM seat vs Bucket seat weight loss

Ditto what Rock said. Drive in manual mode, turn the traction control garbage off, buy track pads, change your DOT4 brake fluid often. You can keep the stock springs or get coilovers. Sound like you’re on the right track!
  4. All-new 2023 Nissan Z makes world debut!

I saw my 1st new Z the other day. It was really nice in person! Then low and behold, the previous gen was close behind. Wow! It must have been a Nismo. It was an off white, clean looking, well kept, looked brand new… anyways, I personally liked the older Nismo. Nothing wrong with the new gen...
  5. Death of ICE cars

Positive hybrid story: I needed a ride to my alignment shop. Got an Uber driver, selected ā€œgreenā€ ride because I like them best. They are quiet and usually nicer Uber cars. A really nice retired guy (like most of the drivers here in SWFL) told me he gets close to 600 miles in Prius hybrid ?. It...
  6. Tuner ignoring you after base tune?

I just sent Jesse an email for something unrelated to tuning. He responded right away! But he’s always done that. Probably because he has a store and sells other things? Who knows. I just thought I should mention, never an issue with Jesse. My 2 cents ✌?
  7. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Dude… you coming to Miami/Homestead or Sebring anytime soon? COTA is still on my bucket list. Glad you’re having such a good run with the Supra! Do you have a build page?
  8. Formula 1 Talk

Good points ā˜ļø How much of winning is being the no. 1 is driver vs. team? What is Red Bull doing this season that is so much better than the Mercedes 8 year dominance of old? Love em or hate em, we all tend to lean on the driverā€˜s side of the equation and Iā€˜m sure it’s a bit of both. Perez and...
  9. What did you do to your Supra today?

⚠ Don’t try this at home ⚠ LOL Got my Ohlins coilover track alignment yesterday. Off to get the pads, rotors, fluid and positive rake done for my last two track weekends until next October ?
  10. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I’m way behind y’all. Still playing with coilovers ?. This is good to know though
  11. CSG Feedback (CSG pads)

That really is the bottom line. Why pay $1000 bucks when I’m going to have a fantastic weekend this weekend at Homestead. The point of owning this Supra (to me) is that I’m not paying Porsche or Vette prices for consumables. The more I think about it, I’m loving this Supra even more for not...
  12. Formula 1 Talk

No win or loose. You both have great takes and opinions. Great takes from both of ya! ✌?
  13. Death of ICE cars

You’re not even from the USA and don’t fit our stereotypes Brian is mentioning I’m sure. It is frustrating that if anyone brings up opposition, we’re considered backward thinking or not willing to move forward. Iā€˜d like to think the majority of us are somewhere in between and would like the...
  14. CSG Feedback (CSG pads)

Without looking at Brian’s (razorlab) page, the Paragons I used were the P7s, their most expensive pad. I tried them only because a real world driver recommended them. There was nothing wrong with them other than they didn’t last long and I could not tell a huge difference from my Hawk DTC60s...
  15. Formula 1 Talk

Man, I don’t even know all the inside stuff. I’ve only watched Netflix from mid seasons to present. There’s no denying these guys are all incredible drivers. From a new fan point of view, Max looks so far ahead of everyone else, it reminds me of the Schumacher days. There’s always one kid in...
  16. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

That’s badass dude ? I have the PS5, new wheel, and some virtual thing Grand Tursimo is compatible with. @nibble is willing to host a group of us. At least he was a while back. He also has a gaming thread. Check it out ✌?
  17. CSG Feedback (CSG pads)

I’ve used Hawk DTC and Paragons highest temp compound. The Paragons didn’t last. So I’m switching back to Hawk. Would love to see how the 21/11s compare to the Hawk DTC 60/30s. Unfortunately your brand is incredibly expensive. Do you have any discounts for forum members? My primary use is track...
  18. Window seals leak?

My wife does some crazy therapeutic hand car washing ritual. She was OCD about it before going to car washing school at Detial Freaks. Where we got our PPF. It just fed her beliefs that she has to hand wash every car perfectly. So I don’t have this problem.
  19. BMW Z4 wheels on a Supra… looks great

I love that BMW bits work for this car and you can interchange em. I’ll definitely be going this route for future parts! Great post @Andrew4Supra I’m not on fakebook, so this helps! I went really cheap and Hyperdipā€˜ed my OEM fugly two tone ones. Have yet to put them back on. Been all track...
  20. Tire shop damaged te37

Doesn’t hurt to show them for other people that use that shop. I’d want to know if I did something wrong so I could improve. Anyways, good luck and welcome to the Supra club!
