Great price! If you like the car, itās clean, go for it ?? Then again, Iām not unlocking my car. Just tracking this bad boy and enjoying the hell out of it ?
Thanks for the detailed info! Came from a S2K and MX5. Both relatively affordable to track and tons of part options. I do like how we have lots of track options for this Supra as well. Iām afraid the C8 would price me out of my personal fun $$$ factor. But thatās just me. So again, thx for...
275/35-18 Maxxis Victra RC-1sā¦. absolutely LOVE them. My next set is sitting in my garage at home. Stickiest bang for the buck imo. They last a long time too. Another plus+++
Toyota salesman stopped me at the gas station yesterday in Homestead just to tell me how rare these cars are, that he LOVES them and they have 3 people with deposits for one ?
Thatās what I use. Love em! Did my 1st track day (in this car) on them with only sway bars and springs. Was a beautiful thing⦠I have some SPL bits now and coilovers in the future. Will still run with that size due to the tire availability and my sweet tooth for Maxxis tires on track.
Such as your picture. The trunk looks pretty full of track beast safetyā¦. Looks great, btw! But does look like itād be hard to throw in a couple of bags.
Mine finally failed too ? ?.. It was worth the try. The car was new, wasnāt sure of the wifeās initial perception, and it was a cheap try. I personally donāt mind the light and found out she could care less, whew ?. Also, we donāt have smog tech checks here (yet)ā¦.
That's awesome! I use Air Pods on longer drives to the track and only have the AWE track exhaust and catless dp. And always use the squishy ones at the track.
I did not know that about BMW! And can't wait to meet all y'all on track!!! Phenom group of peeps on here... Yeah just a weird nagging thing that's silly on my part. Every time I track the car, I can't believe how great she handles for the money. Pretty damn shocking actually.
Mine did that and sometimes the lights wouldn't turn off. Wife washed the car one day and magically everything is now working. So effin weird! I now lock the car all the time even when garaged. Someone else posted that Toyota recommended doing that.
But definitely had the same issue you're...
Damn @razorlab is a wealth of great info! You can also put your car in Amazon's site and it will show you which parts are compatible. It's usually right (lol)... However, I would absolutely use Brian's info on the sizing! Adding another useful razorlab bookmark
Dude... Really appreciate it! Prefer to keep our batteries topped off. Everyone claims batteries won't last down here in Florida. The heat, salt in the air, etc. Been using the battery tender every now and then and I swear they last longer. But who knows.... Just in a habit of doing it now and...
Man I wish I could keep the OEM seat and still 5 point harness. Would also like to have access to the trunk. Getting the feeling I'll be looking for a little trailer to pull some track goodies. Glad you guys are here!
So thereās people even worse than me? ? ?
Iām about as basic as you come, as you know. I can change my brakes, oil, trans fluid on non-highly electronic cars (my older cars back in my yoof). But donāt do it anymore. It sounds more like my crowd but Iād be too worried about someone getting their...
