This is the only right answer in the thread. It really depends on what the CEL is for, and with a catless downpipe/a constant CEL, it's hard to know if you've got a real issue.

Probably just depends on how busy the shop is. A busy shop will have you drop off the car and they'll fit it in when it makes sense for them. The actually process takes a couple hours tops.

A lot of things, but it's not perfect. Faults, codes, whatever. JB4 is better than shitty scanners in that it gives the real hex code and not the generic PXXXX codes. Doesn't catch TCU codes, and I'm not sure whatelse it won't catch.
