Bloke, it's not about finding a solution, it's about sharing the knowledge that solved the problem.
Nothing wrong with having a thread with a problem and solution - no matter how trivial, as it helps anyone that may have the same issue.

AliExpress is a roll of the dice. Selecting based on reviews is better than buying blind but I find it's still a throw of the dice. Usually well worth it, mind you.. but still pretty hit and miss.
Nothing. But I've been reading a bit online about a non-Femto (partial) unlock. I haven't seen it mentioned here yet but the news seems to be gaining traction on the intarwebs.
???
While yes, this (and many other things) can be red flags, I just don't think there are enough cars for people to be that picky. If you missed the boat in Australia and want a good example, you're going to have to take what you can and luckily for us, pay what is asked.
I think the whole thing...
Australian exhaust valve coding doesn't work like the US and keeps the valves open pretty much all the time. To take advantage of a valved system we would need a separate controller to make it work as expected.
The only exhaust I have ever heard on the Supra that doesn't sound raspy is the AWE which has a "unique and richer tone." From what I understand, beyond weight, Titanium isn't the ideal material for exhausts anyway. 🤷♂️
This. The car here is slightly more expensive after exchange rates, etc. but we are driving cut down BMWs and for the price, nothing comes close. I've even come to terms with the fake vents as they are just a consequence of price point, like most of its other shortcomings.
Nah, it's usually just confirmation bias rearing its ugly head. Happens every time someone uses their hard earned time and money.
Are we driving the same car? I can't help but think the "Japanese" design and engineering team at Toyota were up all night making sure that:
Wind buffeting made...
