While I saw that Adro are releasing their own carbon fiber diffuser, I was wondering if anyone makes a decent like for like replacement for the (whole) stock rear diffuser, but in Carbon Fiber. I'm thinking of going Adro front and sides but for my money it will look silly keeping the black rear...

LMFAO. You are literally describing most sales people - there's a reason why used car dealers (in particular) have this reputation. The industry's single goal is to profit as much as possible by selling cars. Our job as consumers is to pay as little as possible for said car.

Sorry to go off topic but in the nine months I've had mine, the only negative I've heard was a light hearted "Nice BMW" at a car meet. Beyond that, it's all love. Every time I take the car out of the garage someone stops to ask questions or gives me a thumbs up or waves or screams out...
A little perhaps, yes. It's always a little sad to be trumped by a newer model. Toyota hasn't really done that to us apart from the performance bump early and the manual transmission.
