I'm trying to source the original grey Heat Exchange Cap and A/C Line Cap from the engine bay. Not the new black ones but the grey ones. Does anyone know the part numbers per chance or know where I can source them from?
Thanks!
Yeah.. I'm fairly confdent its moisture buildup. The seal seems ok too and the coolant level is slightly over max so it should be ok. My plan is to wipe it down and clean the muck off and then go for a Sunday drive and see how she responds.
Hopefully not. I think its just build up of condensation as she's literally come straight off the boat! Also, it looks clean past the cap. But yeah.. not sure. FML. Hopefully get some advice here and/or hit up the dealer. ?
I drove mine home from being PPF'd and there was a lot of white smoke.. but as it was a cold night I didn't think much of it. Also it was only about a 15km drive so I figured the engine probably didn't get a chance to warm up.
I popped the oil cap today (hadn't driven it since) and well, it...
Nah. I'd bet a not insignificant amount of money that a) the manual was already planned well before the Nissan offerings and b) the release had more to do with mid-life sales boost than anything any other company was doing. Where car enthusiasts see a "fight," corporations are just chasing...
This isn't Gran Turismo. Who cares. Enjoy the car. If anyone is buying a particular model for XP they're likely going to be disappointed in the long term.
The only people who think the Z is punching in the Supra's weight division are Z owners - sometime before the Z was actually road tested.
The Nismo might catch up some but I doubt it will come close to surpassing the Supra as it stands.
Sure, it's nice to think a Nismo might spur Toyota into...
Got mine back Friday but working on rebadging and some other cosmetic stuff.. I haven't even fitted the plates yet. ?
I'll be sure to post some pics once the weather clears up.
Not really. I deal with press embargoes fairly regularly and it's not like this at all. I just have to sit on some information until a certain date. How I relay this information after the embargo date is entirely my choice. What was being exhibited in the YouTube videos was cash-for-comment...
This round of YouTube videos really shows that this is all just one giant cash-for-comment rort. If you listen carefully you can hear them all rattle off key phrases they've been told to say. And the excitement in their voices when they're spending 90% of the video basically describing a 2019 GR...
Hahah.. Do you write your own material? ?
While I understand you're just having a crack.. in all seriousness, I don't think I'm alone in suggesting this is a pretty lame model year update.
As someone who literally just took delivery of a MY23, this update makes me very happy! lol.
Don't like the colour; Don't like the "oversized" wing; Don't like the lame stickers on the side; Don't like the increased GR branding.
It's a bit of a fail really.
