I'm running 285/35/19 R888Rs on the rear, 15mm spacers, 265/35/19 on the front 13mm spacers. No issues with rubbing or otherwise. Also lowered on Swift springs.

With the Femto unlock - you have full access to the calibration area.
What @femtoevo is saying is that you can modify the entire calibration area with a Femto unlock. You can flash an off-the-shelf tune or a custom tune to the ECU.
You cannot change other areas of the ECU that tuners use to add some features, such as on the fly map switching. With the Femto...

Just so you know- when you're just upgrading the exhaust, don't expect any more power. The stock exhaust flows decently with the factory turbo. If you're looking for more than sound, you're going to need a downpipe as well.
