If you're catless and have any tune, you're going to end up with detonation in the exhaust. It's the nature of the beast. It'll result in flames. Tuning with the intention of shooting flames is silly.
Jeff works with them, I'm actually not sure where he is physically. You can set up time with him to remote tune while you're on whatever dyno you'd like.
I mean, ok. Dyno's will vary 10-15hp run to run given IATs, weather, etc. etc. Show me consistent 1/4 mile improvements and I'll be impressed.
