Most likely totaled. If those are R888, they lose grip shockingly quick in the wet. I'd only use them on a wet road in an emergency to limp home at reduced speed.
I've put almost 10,000 miles on each version. They both kick ass, but definitely have slightly different flavors, and most will walk away with a personal preference for one or the other. It's fine whatever you choose.

89348-WAA03 is the sensor retainer kit you'll need to transfer them over, but there's no recalibration needed as long as they're all installed nice and flush. You'll just unclip the sensors from the old retainers they live in.
Looks like the new design blocks the painted part of the bumper cover that would otherwise be visible through the mesh, and annoying on a brighter color car.
The extra specs on the NON-LS aren't beneficial for your diff, and generally the LS additive is never a bad thing to have in any differential with a clutch pack (whether dynamically or electronically activated). Plus, the GL-4 rating on the NON-LS points to it having less Extreme Pressure...
