yes, ease off before shifting. for VSC off, i'd suggest practicing pulls at stock power in this car.. not so much the torque that's ridiculous but getting accustomed to a short wheelbase car. stock -> 93 tune -> E50 tune.. or don't turn it off at all and enjoy safety :p and email is best imo

i ran a set for almost two weeks before i decided i hate them. they have a very slight shrill.. but OEM pads have a terrible groaning noise that is plenty worse lol. they have a linear feel but they're weak imo. if you trust the other drivers in your area then you should be fine
