Normal. Same thing for me. No issues so far, been tuned and been running liquimoly oil since first oil change at 1k miles. Car has only seen liquimoly, so 25k miles of hard abuse and every oil change is on schedule. 5-6k miles. No issues.

I just use beach towels or kitchen top paper towels...

Lol half the community here voided their warranty before they even owned the car for a year. If the situation is bothering you, sell the car for another one that's not problematic, or get a different car if you don't want to deal with the Toyota/BMW mess.

My guess is when you're turning full lock while the e brake is up, the car is trying to pull itself forward since the front wheels are turning.. if you notice the car moves a lot when sitting still and turning full lock back and forth... the creaking sound is probably the e-brake giving a little...

Street race, book it home so now the suspension has to really work to compensate road conditions, fornication in the car in a secluded parking lot, drifting, testing your brakes from 100-0 in the shortest distance, hitting every pot hole or shit road known to man-kind.. idk, stuff like that..
