Crazy that it hasnāt been worked out yet after 3 years.
inhad an incredible experience with Shoup, he really goes the extra mile. I have 15K miles north of 30 PSI on the remnant omega with no issues
650ish whp with 82% inj dc. pushed it to 700+ but I thought it was better to get a larger injector instead and Nostrum was looking for test cars at the time. Now i'm at 76% inj dc at 35 PSI on Nostrums (PR S2.5 LPFP + Intake manifold)
Power/Fuel Mods at the time:
FX400X HPFP
S58 INJ
Omega 65...
Great times, i'm wondering how you hook on Israeli roads, the surface is slippery. You should be able to push it alot more on stock trans, those times look like 520ish whp to me, if you're fuel setup allows, E40 should be fine with the right tuner.
Get one of those LED display in your rear view and set it to say "fuck off".
For the guys who pull up next to you, blow them a kiss and give them a wink, they lose interest real fast.
so far itās fine with 14K miles on the tune and a lot of track time. I asked Shoup to save the rods so my E40 tune has the torque pushed later in the powerband.
feels stock until I get on it which is nice.
Thank you kind sir ā This was very insightful ā What suspension/tire setup would you recommend ā which coilover setup is least likely to result in a Supra-tree Integration?
Not to sure tbh, with better da and temp Iām sure the car could do 5.0 on 31. So maybe 4.5 in perfect conditions on 35psi. Iāll play around with NLS, better tires and boost by gear this summer and find out.
I really should get a 60-130 in. This specific run was at 1800 ish da temp was 80f
boost 31 psi rolling in to the run.
Fuel is e40
Tune is conservative
Should be equivalent to a 5.9-6.1 60-130.
gonna do a run on 35 psi in the spring.
I have the Nostrum's as well and i'm at 76% at 35 PSI near redline with an Omega 65 V1 (shoup tuned). Great product, I think dorch has a larger non OEM set in dev. +100% iirc.
