She's fugly, but she still packs a punch.
  2. Supra facelift discussion thread

People need to stop comparing this to A80's lifecycle. 6 to 7 years is typical of past BMW Zs. Also, normally a facelift happens towards the end of the car's lifecycle. We still have like 3 years to go lol.
  3. Supra facelift discussion thread

    Two wrongs don't make a right. :p
  4. Supra facelift discussion thread

I'm not the biggest fan of the 4 banger, but most people can't tell the differences between the NA and turbo A70 and A80. With that said it seems that Tada-san did want to further differentiate the two, but due to timing and the fact that testing on the B48 only started halfway into the product...
  5. Duke Dynamics has a Widebody FT-1 Kit for your Supra

Thanks @Mimosa! I kind of wish they had shown off the full kit with the hood glass and mirrors, but still stick neverless.
  6. Supra facelift discussion thread

Not sure, I haven't personally sat in one but all of the people that have did not complain. Granted, they were both pre-production cars and performance trims.
  7. Duke Dynamics has a Widebody FT-1 Kit for your Supra

About time that someone makes the FT1 mirrors. I wonder if you can buy them separately?
  8. Supra facelift discussion thread

Yeah, they really need to do something with the bottom section of the steering wheel. Even the unit on the cheap Z looks better.
  9. THIS Is the Manual Toyota Supra [Official Release]

Yes sir, it's all about image and matching what others are offering. I think it's also Toyota's strategy of trying to stay relevant with the upcoming Z.
  10. THIS Is the Manual Toyota Supra [Official Release]

I didn't think I would like the tan interior and I still don't. I freaking LOVE it!!!
  11. 👣 Official: Toyota Announces Manual Transmission Supra!

  12. 👣 Official: Toyota Announces Manual Transmission Supra!

Seriously, many have been asking for a MT since day one. No one has been screaming for a 4 banger version. Well maybe the 10 people on this whole forum that brought one. And one or two of them have sold it to upgrade to the 3.0.
  13. 👣 Official: Toyota Announces Manual Transmission Supra!

I just hate tan interiors in general. That shit gets dirty fast.
  14. Manual Supra pricing

And in this market some people are just getting what they can. If it were my money I would pick the base 3.0. It comes with enough goodies for me. I'm pretty basic, just give me A/C, power windows, and some kind of infotainment unit and I'm good lol.
  15. Manual Supra pricing

Right, I get that. I have said plenty of times that BOTH the 3.0 and 2.0 are way cheaper than their BMW counterpart. The context of the pervious point was who the heck is going to buy a $48k 2.0 when you can get a base 3.0 for not much more. Yes, I do know some people aren't going to care and...
  16. Manual Supra pricing

    Yikes o_O
  17. 👣 Official: Toyota Announces Manual Transmission Supra!

We'll probably not going to see any public testing anytime soon since they have their own private testing track in Japan now.
  18. Manual Supra pricing

A lot of the comments I'm reading from the MK5 owner FB group says its overpriced. It starts at $43k but a lot of the ones on dealer lots have the tech package that brings it very close to base 3.0 territory.
