Your larger tires have a 1.1% increase in circumference over stock. The means that your speedometer will show about 99 mph when you're going 100. Speed, tire temp, and pressure will all increase your tire size slightly.
Also, the torque converter might be giving a little bit of slip.

Probably be best to buy a rear-ended xDrive M3/M4/M340i/M440i. You need the transmission/front driveshaft/front diff, oil pan, and probably a few front suspension components. I suspect that the transmission mounts would have to be beefed up.
