At the very minimum I'd change brake fluid. I can confirm that I had to back off for a couple of laps to get the fluid time to recover, like dzeleski said. The tires also aren't the best, but the track is a good place to use them up.
I can't recommend ProFormance at Pacific Raceways enough. It was an incredible time. I was extremely nervous since I drove 3.5 hours to get here and didn’t know what I’d do if I shortened the car. Sitting there in the fog there was quite a bit of self-talk, that was, take it slow, focus on what...
The good thing is that it isn't snap oversteer. I have had a few power oversteer situations already, but it is really easy to correct. I almost had myself talked out of it, but since it is going to be dry the day before and day of, I think it will be ok. I'll be in the novice group, and really...
Thank you for the warnings, I'll take it easy then. I don't expect a novice group to have much overtaking and all that much speed to be honest. I am just excited to get some training to become a better driver.
I am just happy there are people out there that enjoy the same cars I do. I don't even care if you ever owned a Miata. ;)
It is not about the ability to select the gear I wanted to, it is more about how I am engaging with the car, how much communication I get and how much ultimate control I...
I would venture a guess that it would be less expensive than the Automatic. To me the Z isn't an option. They are using old technology in that car from what I am able to tell. Goshen didn't do them any favors and put them behind the curve.
Please someone do it! I want to see how fast a Supra with a laptop in the passenger seat is. The teardown of the B58 by Papadakis Racing is part of the reason I bought one.

What would the cost for a standalone ECU be? That would solve the locked issues, for sure.
I am taking mine to the track next month, but I am probably going to keep it fairly stock so I can enter it in showroom stock for AutoX.
Sweet, I was wondering if it had that. Not as easy as my MB where I just give the brake some extra pressure, but I'll test it out when the snow clears. My 2011 X5 had that feature too, but it was a dedicated button by the gear selector.
Hello all. I have been lurking for a bit but decided that it is time to say hello. This is actually my wife's car, but I get to drive it from time to time.
We have a '21 Premium 3.0 in Tungsten. It is a blast to drive, and I have had nothing but positive reactions to it. Someone commented that...
