Those VR6’s are so damn finicky, but amazing. My buddy has an Mk4 R32 with a VR6T pushing around 600. He goes through a built motor seemingly every time we go out to Mexico, but it’s just such a cool car and badass motor. Labor of love for sure. Golfs are such fun and underrated platforms.

Got mine in October last year with 6 miles on the ODO. It's now at 23k miles. I have an NX300 that just sits in the garage for when I need to haul people or larger items, otherwise I drive the Supra everywhere. Life's too short not to drive my fun car every day.
