I did well with my Golf R. During covid it went up from 19k to 24k.
This time last year i was still getting webuyanycar valuations of 43k, today they are offering £31k.
I've had a few dealers offering me as low as £30k and as high as £35k.
I think the time of year isn't helping as its not...
Listed on the classifieds if anyone's interested.
On another note, i spotted my first Supra on the road (yellow) near Hurstpierpoint this morning!
Flashed but got no response :-(

Thanks, it's funny as during covid i sold a Golf R and an A6 estate via Carwow when it was Cazoo and got amazing prices for both. Seems like the shortage of new cars and semiconductors is no longer a 'thing' as second hand prices have dropped quite a bit in the last 12 months.
I think selling...
Thanks mate. It's on Carwow art the moment and i have sold a couple on there before in the past. Only been offered 35k so far from 1 dealer. Webuyanycar and the like are 34k ish.
I know and have been here before! I sold a 2010 911 and got a Golf R for the practicality.
Difference this time is...
Sadly I'm going to have to sell my Supra. I need a family car and as much as my 6 y/y daughter loves it, it cant be described as practical family transport and i have the offer of getting a company car.
It's been such an amazing car and I don't really want to sell, its just a fun car to drive...
My PSS's were down passed the indicator on the outer thread, but the inner 2 had plenty left.
Alignment checked and was ok so i guess its just from cornering?
Edit: after 15k miles
Thanks fellas, funnily enough it didn't make any difference to the quote by taking it off.
Ending up going with Toyota's own insurance for £460.
My quote went up from £350 last year to £550 this year, and quotes on comparison sites were even higher.
No idea why. no points or claims, full no...
I know we can track the Supra via the app, but is that classed as a tracker for insurance purposes? I'm not sure whether to tick that it has on my renewal?
Rear grip has been outstanding, no noticeable extra noise and comfort about the same as the Mich.
Previous cars have all had PS4s on, and that would have been my go to here but thought I'd try the Conti's as the online reviews and comparisons were good and were £70 cheaper each.
I got 16k on...
I have the Conti 7's fitted on my rears, replacing the factory Mich PSS.
The back end is much more stable! That's comparing them to worn Mich PSS, but I am sure even when the car was new the PSS's were skittish from day one.
Had dry weather since I've had them fitted so cant say how they are...
Update, just got the Conti 7's fitted.
Haven't had a big play yet, but first impressions are the grip is good!
The bank end is much more stable! Admittingly that's comparing them to worn Mich PSS, but i am sure even when the car was new the PSS's were skittish from day one.
We have the PS5 tyres here, but not the PS s5 (rebranded instead of PS5s following on from the PS4s, they are PS s5 apparently?!)
The PS5's are inferior to the PS4s from what i read.
Anyway, have gone for the Continental Sports 7 as i need them now. (£231 each)
Otherwise I'd have been...
