You just answered your own questions. If the car can be jump started, it’s your battery. Just because the multimeter reads good doesn’t mean the amps are there to start. I bet if you have someone read the multimeter the moment you press the start button it will read way less then 10v.
Usb isn’t ment to power a dash cam (like previously stated above; could be thermal or just amp draw protection). Dealership would turn you away. Correctly power the dash cam.

More of a question towards @Jesse DaBears Why haven’t I seen anyone run cpi injection. So I came from a Kia stinger and we ran jb4 with cpi injecting fuel in the charge pipe so we could run more fuel since the stinger had the same problem with using more boost and running e85.

His user name is a91-mt, so I’m guessing he’s a 2023 with manual trans. Unlocking via fetmo doesn’t get him the ability to run ecutek.
And correct me if I’m wrong @zrk but manual transmissions are NOT able to clone right now and run ecutek.
