clutch

Swapped out the clutch for a PTG clutch and flywheel. Also swapped in the slave cylinder from an E90. Im reading now I should’ve had the battery disconnected. Did I short a fuse, blow a sensor, or need to do a crank case relearn? Trying to avoid taking it in, these are the codes present.

I love the car but definitely didn't expect to have such unreliable clutch!! Simply put the clutch went out and the dealer says is not a repair under warranty unless Toyota approves this repair as a factory defect. Waiting on Toyota corporate to find a solutions that doesn't involve me paying...
