Quick question for @Apex Wheels. How noticeable would it be, if I have VS-5RS in the front and VS-5 in the rear?

I have 18 inch VS-5RS all around right now. I would like to try running 19 inch wheels in the rear only to fine tune the balance of the car (I am an avid autocrosser, and cannot change / adjust springs if I want to stay within the rules), but the price of two VS-5RS is more than what I'm willing to spend for such an experiment.

But I don't want my car looking like ass, either, lol. Would it look passable in first glance?
So I would say that Flow Formed VS-5 looks about 90% the same as Forged VS-5RS.

For us that look at our wheels every day, we'd notice it immediately. For the average car enthusiast, they might miss it at first glance, but if they're really checking out your car they'll pick it up. For non-car people, they absolutely won't notice at all haha.

I don't think it would be ugly, but I do think that it would get caught under 10 feet.

Hope that gives you enough ammo to make a choice!

Here is 275/40/18 Nankang CR-S v1 on 18x11 Apex VS5RS square. It works well enough until 295/35/18
Guess it’s easier to get away with on an 18 with a higher profile tire. 19s is a different story

The bronze on white is cleeean!

What’s your setup, wheel/tire specs and I’m assuming you’re lowered? I’m looking to get the same wheels for mine in a 19x9.5 ET25 front / 19x11 ET40 rear with 265/30 front / 305/30 rear tires. I’m just a little concerned about rubbing on H&R springs.
Thanks! I actually did something unconventional and went with OEM sizes for the wheels and tires and added 10mm spacers all around. I did this to focus on reducing as much unsprung weight as possible. I also went with the lightest extreme performance tires too with the Yokohama A052’s. I reduced about 20+ lbs of unsprung weight. I’m lowered about an inch on Ohlins coilovers too. The car feels incredibly nimble and sticks on corner exit.

Here’s a pic without the spacers:
