2024 Supra 3.0 non-premium 6MT question

Interesting for sure. I had the 2020 LE I traded in parked next to the 6MT I was taking delivery of parked next to each other and didn’t notice a difference in rotor size.

Hopefully those who have already replaced pads on their base 6MTs can confirm.

I mean the rear rotor size difference is .6” diameter (so .3” on one side) tall .15” wide. I would be surprised if anyone could tell by looking lol. It’s also such a small amount that the same caliper could possibly and easily do both sizes. I had an imported 180sx that I was able to upgrade rotor and pad size slightly without swapping calipers.

If it's a 330mm rear rotor, the caliper and brake pad size are different. I don't think any of the manuals come with the 330mm rear rotor. The Toyota site has had incorrect information before, I wouldn't trust it. Measure yours to be sure.

This is what we really need to do. Someone to measure a base mt rear rotor lol. I’ll go and see what I can get as a rough estimate with it being on the car

Are the rear brake rotors the same size as the premium autos?

I have a 6MT base 2024 and am looking at track pads and was curious what size to order.

Sorry for the late response haven’t been on much. My base came with the red painted calipers so I ordered the PMU club racer pads for the premiums and have had no issues so far. Didn’t have any install issues either. 1 year, ~9k miles and 14 HPDE days. I’ll try to measure the rotor when I can and hopefully take better pictures.
